training, retraining, job placement and case management
to homeless veterans with the goal to prepare them for

All of our housing programs
are enhanced by intensive case management and supportive

information on the following programs
Grant & Per Diem: offers transitional housing
to homeless veterans
Frail & Elderly Program: offers transitional housing to
homeless veterans over 65.
Supportive Permanent Housing: offers supportive
permanent housing to veteran and non veteran males with
substance abuse and/or mental illness
Shelter Plus Care: offers permanent housing to
homeless families and singles with substance abuse
and/or mental health issues
Supportive Housing for Women: offers
supportive transitional housing to females with
substance abuse issues
Community Resources:
Rapid ReHousing: funded by the Unitarian
Universalist Congregation provides emergency funds for
rent, security, utilities and short term case management
Food Pantry: located at our headquarters this
service is available Mon/Weds/Sat 10am-2pm for food

Thrift Store: located at our head quarters,
provides those in need in the community with vouchers
for clothing, furniture and essential household items.
